We carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for all unopened cartridges.

All return for refund material must be in their original unopened condition. All received material, all documentation and packaging must be included and intact. If the product is not in resalable condition, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

We cannot accept returns without Return Authorization. Please contact us before sending products back. To get authorization, call 1-425-898-9923 or contact us here.

Packages we receive without Return Authorization will be refused, and 88-Ink-Cartridge.com will not be responsible for shipping costs.

Return merchandise as soon as possible. Return Authorization will be voided after 14 days.

Rushed orders (orders in which you, the customer, requested non-standard shipping or rushed processing) will not be eligible for full shipping cost refund, regardless of the reason for return.

We reserve the right to determine whether any returned item has violated our Return Policies. Any returned item(s) that violate this policy are no longer eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee. Items that we feel have violated this policy will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
